My Story

About four years ago, I stumbled across a breathwork ad on Facebook. Out of pure curiosity, I booked a session — not really knowing what to expect. That one session changed everything.

What began as a spontaneous decision quickly turned into a deep, life-shifting journey. From that very first breath, I felt something I had never experienced before — clarity, release, connection. I’ve been hooked ever since.

I’m incredibly grateful I found Transformational Breath when I did, because at the time, I was going through the hardest chapter of my life. I was in the middle of a painful divorce, carrying deep emotional baggage, and feeling completely lost. My confidence was gone, and I had no motivation or direction. I didn’t even know where to begin.

That first breath session cracked something open in me. I soon committed to Seminar, a 5-day intensive breathwork experience focused on self-discovery and healing. I can honestly say I’ve never felt so alive, clear, and full of hope as I did after completing it.

The healing breathwork brought me — in such a short amount of time — was nothing short of amazing. It reconnected me to myself. It helped me release years of suppressed emotion. It showed me that transformation is possible… one breath at a time.

That experience lit a fire in me. I’ve developed a true passion for helping others to discover this powerful modality. Christine has a very calming, comfortable way about her. I was nervous but she put me to ease quickly. It was a wonderful experience and I would suggest everyone do this with her. The feeling of weightlessness after the session was wonderful. 

Christine is great at guiding the experience but at the same time reminding me that I am the one who is doing the work and that this wealth of wisdom comes from within myself. She seems to really be able to intuit what is coming up for me, most recommendations or affirmations she makes during the sessions really resonate with me in the moment.

As I started my first session with Christine, I felt at complete ease and ready to be open minded to the experience. And what an experience it was! I had never felt a state of relaxation and energy release like I have during all of my sessions. I always feel lightened emotionally, mentally and physically afterwards and Christine makes the entire session from start to finish feel like a safe space to be vulnerable. I cannot recommend Christine enough and believe everyone should have the chance to feel the power of transformative breath!

Doing breathwork with my mum Christine was a great experience. Very professional, and she created a calm safe space. I experienced a deep sense of relaxation and was able to look further into the being of myself. During my session I saw my younger self and it was super vivid and it gave me a sense of healing. So much so it made me want to continue with breathwork to see how far I can get with it and to heal versions of myself I didn’t even know needed to be healed
